The deleted shifts report highlights any shifts within the set date range that have been deleted from the schedule.
The report can be found in the Reports tab, under Roster Reports, Deleted Shift Report:
You can choose the date range of the shifts that have been deleted when downloading the report:
Once the report has generated, you will have an Excel document showing you all of the shifts which have been deleted from your account across all customers and sites within your specified date range:
The report shows the unique ID of the shifts, the Customer and Site Name, the Employee's Name who was scheduled on the shift, the shift's scheduled start and end times, the cancelled date and time (the point which the shift was deleted) and the Guardhouse user who deleted the shift.
As this report is available within Excel, you are able to apply custom filtering in Excel order order to look for specific users names etc.
