There is the option to have an Admin or Manager user within Guardhouse who is notified when staff members update their bank details on Guardhouse.
To access this functionality, go to Organisation - Company - Company Settings - Notifications - Changed Bank Details:
Once this notification is configured on, you can select the admin or manager user within the account who you wish to be notified via email when staff update their bank details:
You can select multiple users as required:
When any Banking Details are updated by staff - Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number or Sort Code, the selected users will receive an email from Guardhouse notifying them on these changes so that account systems and external records can be updated accordingly.
Emails come from Guardhouse Updates - updates@guardhousehq.com - and they will state the name of the staff member who has updated their bank details:
