No, we do not track your device. When you click 'Clock in/out' we only then register your location.
Guardhouse Mobile Time Clock ensures that your start and end times are recorded correctly. We use GPS technology to ensure that you are on site when start and finish your shift. It is important to understand that Guardhouse does not track your location and movements.
Your employer or shift manager who also serves as the admin of your Guardhouse account sets a boundary where every staff should be within 100 to 200 meters of the assigned work site or duty location. You should be able to clock in and out within that radius.
If you encounter any issues or get an error when clocking in and out of your shift, contact the Guardhouse Support Team immediately.
Always ensure that you have mobile internet connection and your device is in perfect condition.
