One of the common issues security guards or staff encounter is being not able to clock-in or out of their shift. It could either be due to internet problems or that the staff is clocking out of the geographical fence.

Ensure that you have good to strong data or internet connection when you clock in or out.
GEOGRAPHICAL FENCE
Guardhouse Mobile Time Clock ensures that your start and end times are recorded correctly. We use GPS technology to ensure that you are on site when start and finish your shift. It is important to understand that Guardhouse does not track your location and movements.
Your employer or shift manager who also serves as the admin of your Guardhouse account sets a boundary where every staff should be within 100 to 200 meters of the assigned work site or duty location. You should be able to clock in and out within that radius. This is what you call a Geo Fence to ensure that a staff or security guard is within the work location or assigned venue.
Google map and GPS make this service work as a beneficial feature of having a Guardhouse app.
