The tablet time clock allows you to verify that the correct staff members are on-site through a signature and photo capture. This information can be viewed on the dashboard when the staff members clock in and also in timesheets. 


Web Set up

1. Go to Organisation > Company > Timeclock

2. Turn on “Tablet Timeclock Enabled”

3. Turn on “Enable Signature” 


 


TABLET SET UP 

1. Download Guardhouse Guard Time on the App Store or Google Play

2. Log in through an admin or manager account. 

3. Select the customer and sites that the tablet is assigned to. 




4. If you would like to send a text message to staff with their pin tick “Send Employee PINS”

5. Once ready, hit “Confirm and send pins”

6. The pins can be viewed on the staff member's “My Profile” section of the GH app. You can also request a list of pins from your account manager. 



SENDING PINS TO NEW STAFF

1. Through a manager or admin App, go to the “Staff Profiles”. Click on the staff member you would like to send the pin to and click “Send Timeclock Pin”.

2. The other way is logging into the tablet as manager or admin, hit the settings button top left of the screen, selecting “Send Employee Pin” and selecting the staff members you would like to send the pin to.





ADDING SITES TO A TABLET TIMECLOCK

1. Log in to the tablet as manager or admin, hit the settings button top left of the screen, selecting “Edit Selected Sites'. 

2. Select the sites that you would like to use the time clock for.
