How to switch companies?

 

Introduction This guide explains how to switch between different companies while using the Guardhouse system. If you work for multiple companies, you can easily manage your accounts with a single email address. Please note that to switch companies, you should have an existing/active account with Guardhouse at Company A.

 

Conditions: Before proceeding, ensure you meet the following conditions:

  • A: You have an existing/active account with Guardhouse with Company A.
  • B: You need to use the same email address you used in Company A for your account in Company B. 

 

Step 1: Receive an Invitation: Company B Invitation: Company B will send you an invitation to activate your account. This invitation typically arrives via email or SMS. Please make sure that the email address you provided to Company B to use for this invitation is the same as the one used for your active account with Company A.

 

Step 2: Activate Your Company B Account:  Confirm Your Account: To activate your Company B account, follow the link provided in the invitation. This link will redirect you to a page where you can confirm your account.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Use Your Existing Password: On the confirmation page, you will be prompted to enter the existing password you use for your account with Company A. Provide this password to verify your identity.

 

 

Step 3: Switch Companies on the App 

Access the Switch Company Option: After confirming your account for Company B, you will be able to switch between companies using the mobile app/ web app.

 

  • Close the App: If the app is open, close it.
  • Switch Company Option: Reopen the app, and you will find the "Switch Company" option. This option is usually located just below the "My Profile" feature.

 

  • You will be able to see the switch company option on the app.
