When your admin or schedule manager published a shift, you can have the option to confirm or reject the shifts from your Guardhouse account. This process will guide you on how to confirm or reject a shift.


Prerequisites: 

  • You should have an active Guardhouse account. If you haven't received an invitation, please reach out to your admin/manager. 
  • This option should be turned on by an admin/manager, if it is not turned on, please reach out to your admin/manager as they may set it up that way for a reason.


How to confirm/reject a shift?


Once your admin finalized the schedule, they will send the rosters to the staff and this will send a notification via Mobile App and/or via email. Once you received a notification you can follow this process on how to reject/confirm a shift.

1. Log in to your Guaradhouse app with the email address and password.



2. Select the company you would like to confirm the shift for. Please note that this only applies if you are working with multiple companies.



3. Go to My Roster.


4. Click confirm or Reject Shift. You can confirm all if you would like to confirm all the shifts.



5. This will then be automatically seen on your admin/manager's end.
