You've added your patrol sites (Mobile Patrol Sites) and allocated them to the correct regions (Regions Set Up). It's now time to create run sheets so your guards will know the sequence of their patrol visits. Here's how to do this:
- Go to Organization > Mobile Patrols > Patrol Sites
- Choose a patrol site and click on Patrol Schedule
- Create a schedule for the different patrol sites
- Click Add a Patrol Visit.
- Plan different types of patrol visits as needed on the site. Adjust the days and times that visits have to be done. Indicate the number of times a site should be visited. There is also an option to input the expected time on site for each visit.
- Hit Save.
- Repeat this process for all patrol sites.
- Click Add a Patrol Visit.
- Once all patrol sites have patrol visits added in, the next step is to create the run sheets.
- Click on Runsheets
- Add a name for the run sheet (Name)
- Add the region to be covered by the run sheet (Runsheet Region)
- On the field Default Site for Runsheet, add the static site where the run is supposed to start or where the guards are supposed to clock in to start the run (ex: the place where they get the car).
- Set the days that the run sheet will be used (Days this Runsheet is used).
- Set the start and end time of the run sheet and hit the Apply Runsheet Filters. This will signal the system to pull all the patrol visits scheduled on the different patrol sites grouped under the selected region. Under this section, you can see the number of visits per day as well as the total number of minutes per day.
- Hit Save. Before hitting the Save button, ensure that the patrol visits are arranged as desired (ex: by time of visit) as this will be reflected on the mobile app for the guards to see.
